Full responsibilities of short and long term strategies of the hospital. Hospital Operations management.  Will be responsible for medical and non-medical services.  Educational qualification : Hospital Management course   Responsibilities:  - Involved with all operations that have a bearing on the overall administration of the hospital.  - Responsible for implementation of all hospital policies and bringing to the notice of the CEO persistent violations of the same.  - Ensuring that the organizational goals, objectives and policies are achieved.   - A member of various committees like Quality Committee, Drug Therapeutic Committee, Hospital Infection Control Committee, Safety Committee, Hospital Condemnation Board, maternal death committee, Clinical Audit Committee and any other committee formed at any time for various purposes.  - Ensuring the statutory and regulatory requirement compliance.  - Heading the OPD, Medical Records department, customer care & billing department, kitchen and dietetics department, Library and supervising its related activities, assigning specific tasks and duties. Team building.  - Ensuring all the departments headed have the right people with the right training, and that there is value alignment with the organization. Assess the requirement of the human resources in the departments headed.  - Manpower / staff rationalization of the departments headed, screening profiles / interviewing staff as part of recruitment process. Defining the job description and roles of the reporting in staff and updating the same on periodic review.  - Performance measures of the various departments. Taking appraisals of the staff reporting in.   - Negotiating the contracts with the outsourced processes vendors of pest control, online medical journals and manual medical journal suppliers, courier services, off site record storage management, hospital newspapers & magazines.  - Coordinating with other departments to ensure execution of decisions and policies, OPD management (Doctors). Allocation of OPD slots to doctors.   - Inputs from the areas of responsibility for the budget, and improve operational efficiency.  - Inputs and coordination for financial activities, monthly P & L.  - Giving inputs on the various up gradation projects including HMIS.  - Inputs in Strategic planning for the growth of the middle management level.
