Responsible for all the cities; ability to understand the dynamics of Ops and what works best in each of these geographies  2. Someone who get into the day to day grind and bring up or maintain CSAT score  3. Ensures that the number of issues/complains that occur are under check/adhered to and since the HJ is poised for a vertical growth, the number of complains and bad instances should be controlled.  FMCG background with strong operations rigor preferred.
