Looking for Head of Operations for Global Financial Shared Services company.

Job Location - CHENNAI.

Experience - 16 To 20 yrs.

Education - Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or CPA.

Requisites:

- 12 to 15 years of work experience in reputed Financial Back Office Operations with an experience of managing start-ups - “Green Field Operations”.

- Strong Financial Domain Knowledge with Deep understanding of IFRS / Global AP/AR processes and understand how these, and ongoing changes in them, impact the accounting for complex financial instruments in a fast paced environment.

- Experience in setting up and managing Financial Planning & Analysis function with a track record of delivering clearly measurable business impact

- Work on automation efforts and driving the IT initiatives from the business side.

- Exceptionally good academic background.

- Working knowledge of ERP solutions including Oracle ERP, BaaN, Platinum and Customised ERPs (FDW, CAAPs & TIM); MS-Office, Lotus Smart Suit, Lotus Notes; Packages including ACCPAC

- The ideal candidate will be a CA/CPA or posses a degree in finance, a deep understanding of accounting is a must
