1. Lead and ensure smooth operation of various processes that contribute to the delivery of various products and services of the organization
2. Continually monitor and improve the overall performance of the operations
3. Lead all people managers and ensure that they manage the team effectively
4. Establish strong relationships with Clients. Meet and exceed business growth targets
5. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
Desired Profile:
1. From a BPO/ITeS(Domestic) environment in a reputed organization and should have handled a minimum team size of 300-500
2. Should have experience in working with multiple Customers/Clients
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
