Head of Online Marketing - Fashion - eCommerce

Silverpeople has been mandated to head hunt 'Head of Online Marketing' for an online fashion brand that strives to deliver latest trends and fashion to its fashion-forward target audience. The brand differentiates by building latest fashionable styles for young trendy women. It does that by building an extensive tech-platform that connects the entire backend supply-chain with fashion skills in order to churn out latest designs every day.

The company has raised an undisclosed amount in a series-A funding from a clutch of investors, including former Rocket Internet CEO Mato Peric and AECAL partner Peter Kabel.

Job Description- Head of Online Marketing :

- Candidate needs to be well versed with all Digital Marketing Channels including, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Organic (SEO), Google Paid (SEM), Social

- Needs to understand how to compute Customer Acquisition Costs, Conversion Rates, Customer Lifetime Value; analyzing the interplay between marketing spend and customer ROI

- Is a strong leader and can navigate the entire team to success based on Inputs from Senior Management

- In addition to technical skills has some basic emotional understanding for the brand and is a savvy online marketer

- Needs to be trustworthy and willing to give everything to build a 300cr company in 2 years with large marketing budgets

- Must have scaled existing ecommerce companies in India up to 100cr of revenue preferably in fashion segments

- Can build his own team within weeks & is an industry expert

- Preferably from top tier b-school

- Work experience in e-Commerce is a must
