Brief Description:  - Responsible for end to end process of managing Tambulya portal, content management on the website and ensuring maximum satisfactory customer experience; formulate and manage online marketing budget.  Educational Qualifications:  - Any graduate (MBA would be added advantage) with a relevant experience for a minimum of 3-5 years in handing eCommerce /online businesses (Mandatory).  Skill sets:  - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment  - Organization and time management skills.  - Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.  - Understanding of day-to-day website disciplines  Core Competencies:  - Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team  - Proven track record in online marketing with an ability to display success in strategizing and implementing dynamic online initiatives  - Has experience managing a team of experts.  - Consults the various stakeholders and your team to create a vision based on all kinds of information (market trends, our website analysis figures, customer feedback, benchmarking, etc.) and take the necessary action to generate more direct channels sales.  Key Deliverable:  - Defining targets and KPI for measurement and development of Online Marketing (to include traffic, conversion and ROI) by channel and territory.  - Anticipation and identification of the potential value of new trends in online market.  - On track to develop and improve content presentation and product imagery season on season.  - Ideate new concepts and online tools that meet customer needs to ensure a pleasant, smooth online user experience for all our customers, regardless of the segment.  - Under customer experience; navigation, experience of customer, formatting of website, handing and managing customer enquiries, feedback during pre-purchase, purchase and post purchase timelines  - You guarantee that all projects are implemented according to the commercial road map for the online channels and providing the best possible customer experience.  Work Location: Chennai.
