Head - Online Business - Internet/Online (4-9 yrs)
- Responsible for end to end process of managing Tambulya portal, content management on the website and ensuring maximum satisfactory customer experience; formulate and manage online marketing budget.
- Defining targets and KPI for measurement and development of Online Marketing (to include traffic, conversion and ROI) by channel and territory.
- Anticipation and identification of the potential value of new trends in online market.
- On track to develop and improve content presentation and product imagery season on season.
- Ideate new concepts and online tools that meet customer needs to ensure a pleasant, smooth online user experience for all our customers, regardless of the segment.
- Under customer experience; navigation, experience of customer, formatting of website, handing and managing customer enquiries, feedback during pre-purchase, purchase and post purchase timelines
- You guarantee that all projects are implemented according to the commercial road map for the online channels and providing the best possible customer experience
