Head - Online Business - Edutech Corporate (5-10 yrs)

They operate across a broad spectrum of segments in the education industry, including Test preparation and training services, Publishing and content development, Vocational training programs implemented under Government schemes in various states across India and also run a K-12 school chain. The company is a publicly listed entity headquartered in Delhi.
As a Head of Online Business, your responsibilities will include:
Build and influence the online products strategy
Oversee marketing plan for acquiring and retaining subscribers through focused, data-driven, and ROI based mobile user acquisition and retention strategies.
Push to understand customer needs and external market trends.
Utilize this intel to influence product vision.
Benchmark against global standards and identify the product gaps
Identifying unmet needs and disruption opportunities which will ultimately shape the product strategy.
Define a structured strategy for ensuring a scaled up online sales function.
Set up of back end sales system for an effective on-line sales environment.
Run effective sales campaigns and drive higher conversions.
Ensure appropriate mix of product portfolios in line with the business objective.
Conduct user behaviour analysis for revenue optimization,
Spearhead partner relationship initiatives and programs for mindshare of the target audience.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of ecommerce experience, with a successful track record of driving online sales and conversions
Experience creating and managing online advertising and email campaigns
Must be detailed, self-starter and decision maker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management, multitasking and organizational skills
