The incumbent will head a business unit which has two vertical solutions backed by delivery team of 20+ resources and 20+ existing customers (reputed brands in e-commerce industry).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create business plan, strategy and drive the business to 3X level working closely with the Sales team and Delivery team.
- Must drive account hunting and account farming activities.
- Understand the Industry trend, challenges and requirements pertaining to the ecommerce and travel verticals and define solution road map
- Create marketing collateral - content, blogs, case studies, videos, demos etc
- Lead the pre-sales engagements and participate in diagnostic studies
- Work closely with delivery unit heads to provide consulting flavour to our customer engagements and manage customer satisfaction, however this is not a delivery or resource management role
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Management Graduate from an institute of repute or a Chartered Accountant
- Entrepreneurial bent of mind and drive
- Overall work experience of at least 10 + years with relevant exposure in ecommerce / travel verticals.
- Candidates with experience of heading a product category and having dealt with the following:
- Managing P&L of the category
- Product pricing
- Vendor selection and negotiation of terms
- Customer acquisition strategy
- Planning and Managing marketing campaigns
- Working with Supply chain for optimization of delivery time
- Managing customer experience
- Strong written and oral communication with proven track record of interactions at CXO level
- Experience of conducting workshops - strategy, business consulting, process innovation or best practices
- Experience of implementing IT solutions
