About our Client - My client is a young and innovative online start up. They are providing an amazing service for mass audience that would come hand in day to day life. They have raised second round of funding and are expanding across the country. The founders are extremely passionate about their venture and are looking for someone with the same zeal to come on board and look after the entire offline marketing for the company.

Job Description - Reporting in to the founder you will be responsible for :

- Drive and manage marketing programs to create brand awareness.

- Developing all collaterals for internal and external communication.

- Identification of non-traditional media.

- Driving the BTL initiatives, Trade marketing initiative.

- On ground visibility including road shows and events.

- Participating in brand strategy discussions.

- Spearhead development of local media initiatives and advertising

The Successful Candidate :

- You will have 3 to 6 years of pure branding and marketing experience working within an eCommerce company or telecom or FMCG.

- In addition, you need to have proven leadership skills with a good experience of stake holder management.
