About our Client - Our client is a top retail multinational with a strong brand name in the Indian market. They are currently expanding their India operations and looking for a seasoned professional with high capability in organizational development and talent management.
Job Description :
- Reporting into the Director HR, you will be responsible for - Driving the talent management vertical from conceptualization to implementation
- Designing Talent programs to enhance capability of the organization
- Planning the organization design and development activities to impact overall effectiveness
- Developing appropriate strategies for change management and succession planning
- Coaching and mentoring senior leadership
- Identifying new market trends in the learning and organization development field
The Successful Candidate :
- As a successful applicant you should have - MBA (HR) from a premier institute with at least 10 years experience in OD and talent management
- Prior experience in Retail/Manufacturing/FMCG sector is a must
- Strong stakeholder management skills and should have managed team of at least 4 to 5 people
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
