Looking for a senior HR professional with at least 15 yrs. experience for the Head of OD & Talent Management for a 7000+ people business in the IT/ Services space
Responsibilities
- Create assessment and development Platforms and institutionalize them as Processes and Programs
- Leading the design and delivery of Talent Development Programs and Initiatives
- Career Development Framework, Leadership Development & Succession planning
- Technology Career Path
- Creating special forums for development of People Manager/professional Forums
- Evolving Employee Engagement strategy for organization
- Identify processes for Employee Recognition, Awards etc.
- Engagement Survey and follow up actions
Requirements
- Minimum level of formal education (or degree) and work experience desired for the position.
Education (Degree)
- Specialization in HR- Full time MBA is a must.
- 15 – 20 years’ with recent experience in similar function and reputed organization.
Knowledge required for the position- Mixed experience across HRBP & OD functions
- Understanding of Talent Development Function
- Understanding of Employee Engagement Function, processes and its impact on productivity,employees
- Understanding of various people processes and its impact on Productivity and people
- Training on Assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of the PMS system
- Understanding and Knowledge of HR Practices
- Should be updated on business scenario / industry.
