Head - National Sales & Marketing - Industrial (15-20 yrs)
Set sales and revenue targets for sales force, to meet budgets and stretch targets
Develop the go to market, product, segment and channel strategies for the region
Manage the product portfolio, the pricing policy and rules to decide right products are offered for sale in the market
Define service levels required for both pre- and after-sales
Define and deliver all elements of the marketing mix to support the sales and margin growth in the region
Identify and document risks, and manage same via risk mitigation plans
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys
Responsible for brand development and management
Development of sales and marketing tools to support segment growth
Develop high sensitivity to market needs - domestic and global - competitor activities and industry trends, so as to build business potential through product differentiation and better value proposition
Play an active role in product development initiatives, so as to support concurrent engineering, thereby outperforming " time to market " targets
Closely coordinate with the group companies to develop products under TOT, meeting both the quality and manufacturing cost targets
Establish and maintain relations with customers to grow business Develop effective dealer management strategies to sustain and grow business across all regions
Attract, motivate and retain talent. Develop capability, grow competence and develop succession candidates.
Would prefer candidates with experience in industrial products sales industry.
