Looking for a Head of Media Sales for well known leading company.   Job Location: Mumbai & Delhi.  The Head of Media Sales will be a key senior leader in India who will be responsible for driving media sales of the primarily video inventory on mobile and desktop through the development of strategic partnerships and ultimately deliver revenues through Advertising and Brand Solutions. The position requires the individual to work closely with the Head of India and other divisions such as Content and Marketing to help drive Brand awareness, Awareness and consumer engagement across Media customers.  Key Role Function:  - Own and Deliver the Media sales target for India.  - Initiate and execute business development efforts to facilitate the advertising revenue growth via sales of video inventory and other products like Brand Solutions thru media agencies, clients and through new and existing partnerships Asp's and Dsp's.  - Establish market leading business relationships with Premium brands across the media space including Agencies like Group M, Interactive Avenues, Madison and known ASP / DSP's.  - Create, Propose high level business models and develop hypotheses to evaluate value of an ecosystem opportunity for friction less sales.  - Own and manage partner relationships with the objective to increase customer acquisition and engagement  - Track and communicate key industry trends, analysis and actionable insights to assess best partnership opportunities  Operational Functions:  - Day-to-day management of existing partners (performance, reporting, promotions, solutions)  - Develop annual account plans for and build long term relationships with key accounts  - Ownership of the partner acquisition process from deal negotiation to deal closure  - Understand a partner's business needs and translate this into regular tailored joint marketing initiatives and brand solutions.  Required Experience:  - Minimum 15 years of management experience or similar business development experience; preferably in a media/entertainment/digital publisher/ digital agency system  - Should have a roll o desk of contacts to be able to execute on a top down approach with clients.  - Demonstrated results in development and execution of strategy to build and maintain successful business partnerships  - Understanding of the Indian media ecosystem  - Experience with market analysis, industry research, deal development, new business modeling  - Solid track record in analysis, presentation of new ideas and partner engagements  - Detailed knowledge of entertainment, new digital trends and technologies  - Must possess excellent communication skills with an ability to address business and technical audiences  - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently  - Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues  - Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data  - Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to present conclusions to Executives and external audiences  - Bachelors Degree, MBA a plus (but not required).  Kaushal 9717768258
