Job Purpose
- To handle Media Planning for automobile account across all mediums
Key areas of responsibility
- Manage day-to-day client, vendor and team interactions for campaign execution.
- Responsible for understanding client goals and agency deliverables.
- Day-to-day liaison with clients on Campaign updates / optimization / delivery.
- Responsible for contributing ideas to grow the clients business.
- Pro actively providing the clients marketing plans with the greatest amount of value-ad.
- Develops comprehensive agendas for weekly client planning/status meetings.
- Format and prepare weekly performance reports for clients. Reports would be in the form of tables, graphs, summaries, and slides, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
- Tracks, analyzes and summarizes program results and progress.
- Identifies incremental business opportunities.
- Provides clients with budgetary updates.
- Research and prepare materials for client presentations and engagements.
- Conduct research and fact-finding for reports, presentations and articles.
- Oversee management of Ad campaigns as required across various ad platforms.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various reporting tools.
- Perform account/campaign hygiene & performance checks.
Skill-set required
- Prior Experience in handling automobile account or large consumer durable account.
- Hardcore Media planning experience in Traditional & Digital Media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
