The incumbent shall be responsible for setting up distribution network for the company.
- The role involves ideating and creating appropriate distribution structures, motivating local businessmen to set up distributorships and dealerships
- Study the rural markets of the state assigned and to evaluate the best distribution model for the company's products, Finalise the GTM for mass distribution vertical
- Develop the process for identifying, vetting and appointing dealers and distributors
- Lead the team to Appoint Distributors & Dealers in the assigned states, Plan, strategize and execute sales plan and achieve targets in the assigned territory .
- Looking for MBA with 10 to 20+ years of experience, Should have experience of heading sales channel for a State for Inverters /Solar / Micro finance/Telecom/DTH, Past experience of setting up a distribution channel and should have deep understanding of Rural Markets of UP.
