Head - Mass Distribution - Inverters/Solar Products/Micro-Finance/Telecom/DTH (10-20 yrs)

Role Specifications :

- This is a senior level position, and the incumbent shall be responsible for setting up distribution network initially in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves ideating and creating appropriate distribution structures, motivating local businessmen to set up distributorships and dealerships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Study the rural markets of and Uttar Pradesh and to evaluate the best distribution model for the company's products.

- Finalize the GTM for mass distribution vertical.

- Develop the process for identifying, vetting and appointing dealers and distributors.

- Lead the team to Appoint Distributors & Dealers in the assigned states

- Plan, strategize and execute sales plan and achieve targets in the assigned territory

- Formalize installation and overall portfolio management process

- Liaise with manufacturing, to provide feedback on products

Desired Candidate Profile Education :

- MBA 10 to 20+ years of experience

- Should have experience of heading sales channel for a State for Inverters /Solar products/ Micro finance/Telecom/DTH

- Past experience of setting up a distribution channel will be an added advantage.

- Deep understanding of Rural Markets of UP should have executed road shows, familiarity in local dialects is a plus.

- Honest, Hands on, down to earth, common sense approach

- Average to good English communication. Should be able to summarize and draft mails in English

- Fluency in Hindi

- Openness to travel extensively within the territory

- Relocation to Delhi/NCR is essential as the position is for Noida
