About our Client : Our client is one of the largest telecom companies in India. They are growing their business at a very rapid pace and have been instrumental in increasing the footprint outside India as well. They are recognized for their employee friendly culture and for their ability to run profitable businesses. They are currently looking for a Marketing Head for Bangladesh who can come in and handle the entire marketing function.

Job Description: Reporting to the CEO, You will be responsible for :

- Leading the formation of 3-5 year marketing plan

- Working closely with the stakeholders to drive the strategy and approach for penetrating in newer territories

- Conceptualizing and energizing Integrated Marketing propositions

- Handling the National launches and Category Creation

- Effective execution of strategic decisions to meet corporate objectives

- Identifying opportunities for maximizing value creation & market positioning leading to sales growth

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be an MBA from a Tier 1 business school with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience of marketing within the telecom, FMCD or white goods industry.

- A person who has worked with global stakeholders and has exposure to international markets will be preferred.

- You should have strong analytical skills and excellent team management skills. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be driven by values.
