Head - Marketing - Telecom (10-15 yrs)
This position is critical in driving the Recruitment, Retention & Revenue plan for the organization with a key focus on brand building & awareness. The Job involves working with every function - Customer Service, Finance, HR & Admin, IT, Network & Legal to deliver the business results for the company.
Responsible for Revenue Market Share, Customer Market Share and Brand.
Handling Pricing, Segmentation, Lifecycle management, and Communication Strategy.
- Drive all Revenue generating lines on prepaid, postpaid, VAS & roaming & retail business
- Drive higher penetration levels & Usage on the VAS portfolio
- Ensure Churn Targets are met for both Prepaid & Postpaid
- Drive Brand Imagery scores, vs. Competition
- Drive all Revenue generating lines on prepaid, postpaid, VAS & roaming & retail business
- Meet the acquisition target set for Prepaid & Postpaid
- Advertising spends within the budgets
- Post graduate MBA with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Telecom Industry
