This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving idealization, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.   - This role will work closely with both internal teams and external agencies in the areas of product development, BTL/ATL activity, advertising / communication development, media planning and research.   - You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following   - Significant Hardcore Retail or FMCG or brand consumer goods experience working within a large organizations;   - Strong brand management experience including developing ATL/BTL communications and /or successful innovation   - Proven project management experience with strong commercial acumen   - Solid exposure to managing budgets and P&L's   - A strong understanding of sales and trade marketing   - The passion and tenacity to drive genuine business growth for this key focus area of the business.   Apply with below information :  Current CTC :  Expected CTC :  Notice Period :  Willing to work at Bangalore :  Preferred time to connect over phone, if any :
