Head - Marketing - Retail/Beauty/Wellness

We are working on the position of Head Marketing-Mumbai. Looking for an MBA from a premier institute with 7 - 14 years of experience (compulsary)

This position is responsible for marketing & brand initiatives to drive turnover, growth and brand salience. The key focus would be to achieve this by delivering superior services and customer experience

This role reports to the CEO and is a key leadership position.

The team consists of 2 Brand Managers, 1 National Activations Manager, 3 Regional Activations Executives and 1 Digital Marketing manager who will focus on growth through Innovation in services and professional products. This role is expected to develop to handle the Customer Engagement vertical.

The HEAD - MARKETING is required to:

- Conceptualize and lead the brand stewardship

- Deliver Topline / footfalls through promotions, brand building campaigns and activation

- Own and lead brand-service philosophy/ organization culture (emanating from the brand) with respect to tangibles on proposition and equity

- Build the brand and engagement in the extended team.

- Build a pipeline of potential franchisee partners

- Play an integral role in conceptualizing and GTM of new formats and ventures.

Previous Experience: Experience of managing Regional / National Marketing responsibility in retail / beauty & wellness organisation.

Industry to be hired from: Retail / Beauty / Consumers services.

The Candidate needs to be familiar with best in class customer service/experience standards. Further the candidate should have an experience of leading and motivating a large team of skilled professionals.
