Head - Marketing - Retail (8-16 yrs)
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Preparing Annual Budget for Marketing. Forecast requirements, schedule expenditure, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions.
Plan and promote the brand through promotional activities for books as well as non-book categories
Generate marketing income for the organization through:
Effectively managing the available space within the stores
Identify non retail partners for marketing income.
Organize and manage the an annual literary award event
Organizing events in the store
Generate PR for the brand as well as for the organization through strategic events in the stores
Responsible for social media and ensure digital space is utilized to the best of its ability
Responsible for the visual merchandising standards and norms of the stores including franchisee stores.
Competition Analysis
Bring in innovative and creative ways to position the brand and products
Education Qualifications: MBA preferred
Industry/ Work Exp : Retail, Hospitality, Media
