Job Details :

Marketing

- Conceptualise and plan impact and innovative advertising campaigns to drive sales and aspiration for the brand

- Creation of 360 degree campaigns across all marketing media - TV, Print, Digital, Press, Outdoor etc.

- Own and drive brand metrics thereby ensuring brand salience & imagery scores are as per targets

- Own & drive communication across all digital platforms - Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog

Product Management

- Develop innovative and differentiated new products as per global trends to lead the category in the Indian Market

By working closely with designers and sourcing to lead fashion and stay competitive on price.

- Implement a successful pricing & promotion strategy to ensure that top and bottom line targets are met

- Launch new products to maintain an optimal range and choice across price bands / customer segments / store types

Category and Brand health

- Enhance each business segment and define plans to ensure top of mind.

Pricing

- Formulation of a profitable pricing strategy ensuring a - Value For Money- offering to the customer

Market Research

- Spearhead consumer behaviour, competitor mapping and market understanding through research & market visits and ensure products are in line with the trends.
