Our Client is a leading retail organization.

We are in search of Head Marketing. The position is based in Mumbai.

KRA's

- Accountable for achievement of annual business plans for portfolio brands including turnover, Gross Margins, Advertising budgets and establishing road map for the calendar year, regular monitoring of milestones and course correction and portfolio value.

- Brand P & L responsibility on top-line as well as bottom-line by reducing procurement costs and maintaining Gross Margin across various sales channels.

- Establish and achieve Brand business plans including buy-in and sell-out values, brand distribution, Advertising & Promotion spend outlay.

- Relationship management with brand principals involving regular interaction on forecasts, product launches & brand promotions, advertising campaigns, pricing parity etc.

- Conceptualization and implementation of local Brand Advertising campaigns (ATL – Brand Building as well as tactical) in line with Brand guidelines and source materials, and event based consumer / sales force promotions to boost sales.

- Gross Margin sustenance and improvement.

- Inventory Management to maintain product representation across POS, identification and liquidation of slow-moving inventory etc.

- Design and implement training programs for Sales Staff
