We have an urgent opening for Head Marketing with Real Estate Company.

Position: Head - Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Qualification and Experience:

MBA from a reputed B- school with 6-8 years of experience in Marketing field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The incumbent would:

- Planning and implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns for leads generation, digital marketing, social media, events/ forums and PR.

- Work closely with the Sales teams on channelizing effective marketing strategy across regions and products

- Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in - house promotional materials and publications and organizing promotional activities.

- Overseeing the production of advertising and marketing communications materials.

- Creating presentations which are used in training, corporate presentations, and as sales tools

Job Specific Skills:

- Self motivated individual with expertise in online as well as offline marketing

- Good understanding of the business preferable, real estate sector

- Articulate and professional communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
