Experience: 15+ year (7+ years in core Ophthal pharma Marketing)

Qualification: B.Pharma, B.Tech (Biotech), M.Tech (Biotech), M.Pharma, M.Sc. etc.

Reporting to : SBU Head

Identifying portfolio gaps, with identification of growth path for coming years and developing business plan with renewed vision for the division.

Revamping the Key Promotional Strategies for Anti- Infectives, Dry Eye and Anti- Glaucoma Brands.

Developing K.O.L's for each therapy segment to support the team & reshaping Brand Management Process.

Handling additional responsibility of Sales and leading them in terms of training, business development, and delivering on targets month on month.
