Our Client is a leading American MNC based in Gurgaon, and is looking for a mature, motivated professional to lead their marketing function.   Role Objective:  - Lead the Marketing department  - Directs marketing strategy on product positioning, market penetration and pricing  - Establish the medium and long range planning process and new business programs  - Develop, communicate and implement the strategic direction of marketing operation  - Regularly lead important regional initiatives  - The incumbent will have full and independent responsibility of the Marketing department.  Principal Responsibilities:  - Ownership of long and short-term marketing strategy and annual marketing plans  - Building strong distributor relationships to influence behavior  - Key account management in the institutional sales category  - Driving brand building initiatives  - Managing marketing initiatives, promotions, etc  - Facilitating formulation, percolation and audit of policies & SOPs for the Marketing function  - Ensuring proper and timely dissemination of marketing information to the sales teams  - People management, facilitating competency development of direct reports with a view to building a strong second line  Reporting to: CEO  Experience:  - Minimum 15 years with depth of experience in relationship management, brand management and marketing
