Description - The Marketing Head will be a key member of the Country Leadership Team and will contribute to Country growth through the development and execution of a robust Marketing Plan that generates a good volume of quality of sales-ready leads. The work includes managing and developing the team to support the plan, the execution of a diverse set and large number of campaigns, and working with the Global Marketing team that supports the Country.

Client is a leading global MNC in the equipment space it works in. The organisation is part of a larger conglomerate with a huge global footprint.

Description :

- Lead Generation

- Achieve lead generation (volume and quality) targets to deliver on the Country sales growth

- Deliver on year on year increase in lead generation to drive targeted sales growth

- Build and manage closed loop lead gen process

- Marketing Plan and Budget

- Build Annual Marketing Plan and Budget

- Execute Marketing Plan

- Manage Marketing spend

- Support implementation of local product launches

- Active participation in communicating new product to local sales

- Customer retention support for sales

- Exhibitions/trade shows

- Develop local marketing tools (brochures, presentations, flyers, etc)

- Define, manage and continuously improve Marketing team results/metrics

- Regular reporting of results versus Plan

- Visual management of Marketing performance

- Track campaign results for best practice sharing or improvement as necessary

- Build exhaustive database of addressable market for the Country

- Incorporate all relevant sites, contacts in the market as well as full details for the contact

- Leverage external resources, internal sources and inputs

- Manage a data maintenance process to improve and refresh the database, including leveraging all those who interact with customers and prospects

- Build and evolve a view on total market size (number of sites) by vertical, especially for priority verticals

- Relationship Management

- Key Member and Contributor to Country Leadership Team

- Contribute to Global Marketing team

- Manage and develop Marketing team

- Maintain local aspects of Digital Marketing

- Create content and update Country website

- Engage in social media in Country as directed by the global marketing team

Profile :

The ideal candidate would have :

- 8+ years of Marketing experience in a direct, b2b industrial market

- Demonstrated success in lead generation programs

- Developed successful content and campaign materials beyond product collateral

- Digital marketing understanding (PPC, SEO, eMail savvy even if not AdWords expert)

- Metric driven, quantified approach to Marketing with a continuous improvement mindset

- Team management and development experience

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Strong communication and writing skills
