Head - Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategy for new and existing products. Facilitate development of pricing strategy of new molecules and manage productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Lead the team in establishing Power Brands across the region
- Explore multiple media platforms to improve brand equity and visibility of company's brands
- Plan the launch strategy for launch of new products and drive market development initiatives. Ensure regular and relevant communication is made with potential & existing business stakeholders (Farmers, dealers, distributors etc.) across the defined market.
- Facilitate new product development activities ( Trials, Demos ) across the country with assistance from distributors/ customers
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Data Analytics for NPD & Market Intelligence gathering for evolving portfolio strategy and Capex Creation
- Training, coaching and Collaboration with Local Marketing Team and distributors sales staff
