Role : Head Loyalty Programmes

Location : Delhi

Organisation : Established service provider for creative branded stored value card and loyalty E-coupon & Privileges programmes.

Responsibilities :

1. Represent the company with all signed up clients .

2. Establish and build effective and productive relationships with the Marketing Managers/Heads of Client Organisations

3. Keep up to date information with developments in the Industry & be the “Expert Consultant” to our clients. To input creative solutions to maximise opportunities.

4. Ensure success of the project(s) being rolled out with a client.

5. Growing scope of engagement with clients.

6. Be the custodian for generating revenues from clients.

7. Possess drive, motivation and attention to details in ensuring all business development opportunities are captured and explored.

8. Should be a go getter in achieving business targets.

9. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Required Skills and Experience

1. MBA/PGDM from well known institute.

2. 6-8 years work experience comprising of designing and executing loyalty programmes in Consumer Centric/Retail industries or with organisations offering loyalty solutions.

3. Strong Marketing Conceptualisation & Execution skills

4. Must be a Self starter. Should have a positive approach.

5. Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.

6. Good at self management, planning, quick study and prioritising skills.

7. Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

8. Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

9. Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.

10. The ability to work as part of a team.

11. A strong commitment to customer service.

12. The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

13. Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
