General Accountabilities /Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a core marketing strategy for the business
- Work with Product Heads to tailor core marketing strategy to specific needs and when necessary develop specific marketing strategy.
- Work with Art Director to develop marketing material for marketing campaigns.
- Build and lead a team of campaign managers, media buyers and analysts. Allocate marketing resources to different based on budget.
- Develop marketing execution plans and deliver on acquisition targets within time and within budget.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years of marketing experience
At least 3 years of experience with digital marketing for a B2C business
At least 2 years of experience building B2B partnerships to drive new user growth
- Digital Marketing Skills and Experience
Strong skills at management and analysis of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media buying to user acquisition. Hands-on experience is a must.
Strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition on the Google Play Store. Hands on experience with driving user acquisition on the Play Store is a huge plus.
Experience running user acquisition campaigns on Facebook is a significant plus.
What we expect from you :
- Post graduates from top B-schools with 4-8 years of experience in media buying /advertising/marketing /brand management
- Deep understanding & proven experience of effective digital marketing and innovative digital campaigns.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media in addition to aligning digital and display advertising campaigns.
