The Marketing Head is responsible for:
- Implementing strategic and tactical communication plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand.
- Building brand awareness, provide a steady flow of sales leads and measure the return on marketing.
- Contributing in developing a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Implementing strategic plan with assistance from marketing team and field sales.
- Managing marketing programs budget.
- Managing the creation of all marketing collateral and sales tools.
- Being accountable for measuring and reporting marketing campaign results.
- Developing and executing awareness building programs including advertising, public relations, analyst relations and social media.
- Executing integrated online/offline lead generation campaigns, including search engine marketing, email, telemarketing, and events to generate demand and qualified sales leads
Candidates having following experience will be preferred:
- 8+ years of marketing management experience
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and best practices
- Digital marketing experience is a must
- Strong performance measurement skills
- Ability to develop strong relationship and work with senior level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
