We are looking for Head of Marketing for our client, a successful QSR chain from USA, with a nationwide presence.   Candidates must have dealt with with food/ F&B at some point in their career. CV's from FMCG and QSR will be preferred.   The position will report in directory to the India CEO with a strong dotted line reporting to the regional office in Singapore.   A Brief Job Description for the role is as below:  Job Purpose : Provide marketing leadership to the country based on a results driven approach. Co-create a vision and strategy for the brand according to region's long term opportunities and needs. Leads and supervise country Marketing team. Works closely with regional marketing director, the Regional Director, Area development manager, Agencies, and local stake holders to implement insight-driven marketing plans that maximize franchisee profits. The MD drives and co-creates innovative business improvements to support brand growth, increase profit, and increase market share.  Country Strategic Planning : Partner with key stakeholders to develop short and long term integrated marketing and media plans for the market. Provides vision and guidance on agency selection,pricing strategy, and product development. Leads implementation of marketing related Global Strategy Plan strategies. Reviews market research efforts and secondary resources to gain market insights.   Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the country's marketing team. Leads marketing budgets. . Attends board and agency review meetings. Manage issue resolution in conjunction with Regional Deliver game changing strategies for the country.  Innovation : Supports implementations of global efforts that shape the future of the brand through strategic innovation pipeline- product, packaging, promotion, equipment, business models and practices. Works with supply chain to drive localized innovation. Drive agencies and in country team to deliver results-oriented marketing innovation  Communication : Ensures communication across cross functional teams, country stakeholders and key HQ teams, including Marketing, R&D, Legal, PR. Help prepare training presentations and guidance as needed. Delivers strategy and explain strategic approach to board and all other stake holders to ensure buy-in and collaboration  Budgets : Ensure country is managing marketing budgets to guidelines and ensure budgets are designed to maximize results. Conduct periodic budget reviews with HQ and country teams.
