Reporting Manager: Director / MD
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for both Online and Offline Marketing interventions and his/her job role can broadly be classified but not limited to following:
Strategic Planning;
- Environment Scanning
- Opportunity Mapping to increase market share
- Consumer & Channel Strategy basis existing competitive scenario
- Effective execution of strategic decisions to meet corporate objectives
Category & Brand Management:
- Category wise Market Share delivery
- Enhancement of Brand Equity and Brand Saliency among TGs
- New Brand Launches and Brand Extensions
- Brand Positioning
Innovations & Product Development:
- Market Research/Dip Stick study/FGDs to identify segments
- Product/Brand Innovation to create excitement among TGs
- New Product launches
Product -Pricing/Promotions/Communication Plan/GTM Plan:
- Pricing Strategy and formulation of Pricing Guideline
- Product Profitability
- Online/Offline Promotion/Schemes for Trade & Consumer
- ATL/BTL/Digital/Social Media Plan
- Overall GTM Plan integrating all the subfuntions of marketing and alignment of Sales funtion
Revenue & Budgets:
- Product wise/Category wise/Geography wise revenue planning-AOP and delivery
- Budgeting of each Marketing Cost Head
- Putting in systems and processes to control marketing spends within respective budget.
Public Relations:
- Formulation and adherence of PR Strategy in consonance with overall Brand imagery
- Representing Organization at various Industry/Press Meets
Consumer Survey and Customer Satisfaction Survey- Activities related to consumer survey and Customer Satisfaction Survey
