Create large 3600 and ATL communication platforms for each brand in the category
Lead market research & consumer insights, leading to deep consumer understanding [especially women customers] & consequent product development
Create an innovation pipeline & brand-wise product road map for each team to deliver on the brand promise & reinforce the brand positioning
New product development with R&D & manufacturing to make offering NextGen; build portfolio & increase SKUs at the targeted price points & margins
Market planning & monitoring the sales budgets
Develop brand guidelines, templates & create training content for the sales force
Deploy brand-wise media plans, budgets & forecast, track brand equity - understand strengths & weaknesses and take corrective action
Deep business acumen to gain market share by strengthening equity & product offering
Lead P&L for 3-5 years, closely monitor Portfolio margin, ROI Monitor, Sub-category-wise market share, Brand Equity Metrics, Market Intelligence
Leader with personality, good interpersonal skills with right attitude, initiative to drive business, tough guy capable of pushing people & convincing top management
MBA, 15-17 years experience, 37-42 years of age, lady preferred.
