We are having an opening for Africa (Nigeria) with one of the renowned FMCG company.

Position : Head of Marketing (Preferred from FMCG Company)

Location : Nigeria_Lagos / Shagamu (Africa)

No. of position : 02

Experience : 8 to 15 years

Job Responsibilities :

Marketing :

- Lead the consumer research (qualitative / quantitative, syndicated/customized) related to the creation and development of the brand

- Propose a marketing positioning and a full marketing plan, based on research and comprehensive benchmarking

- Meet marketing objectives through the implantation of the agreed plan

- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications

Planning and budgeting :

- Ensure the achievement of marketing mission, goals and objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems and are in place related to these goals

- Develop short and long-term budgets for the marketing plans, ensure adherence and evaluate performance

Management :

- Direct the hiring, development, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.

- Ensure close cooperation with the Sales team, in order to provide them with all necessary marketing/communication material and strategy and include field feedback to marketing planning

- Work hand-in-hand with the product development and technical team, in order to ensure optimum quality and seize market opportunities
