Head - Marketing - FMCG (20-30 yrs)
Heading the Marketing and Sales of the appliances division.
- Engineer with a Management degree (from one of the better schools) preferred.
- Head of Marketing and Sales team preferably in an Appliance / White goods / FMCG
- Knowledge of the appliance market and the management of the players
- Focus is more on the ability to set up marketing strategies and implementation of these through planning and should have grown businesses rather than managed a large business
- Knowledge of new product launches, analysis and understanding of the new product development process, market trends etc.
- Should have engineering sense
- Should have worked in creative campaigns.
