Head - Marketing - Skincare - FMCG (10-25 yrs)
We are having a job opportunity for you as a Marketing Head with one of my FMCG client based in Mumbai.
Below is the job profile mentioned :
Experience :
- Over all marketing experience of 10-15 years
- Should have handled senior marketing positions in the FMCG industry for at least 5 to 6 yrs
- Experience of personal care products mandatory
- Previous Brand Management experience, should have handled at least 3 to 4 brands independently
- Should have had experience of handling external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms.
Role :
- Development & Implementation of the brand strategy
- Translating the overall revenue goals of company into Marketing Strategy & achievable Objectives
- Planning & implementation of the above strategy for business target achievement
- Regular analysis of competitive environment & consumer trends and create strategies to take advantage of the market opportunities
- Develop pricing strategies in line keeping in view both the organizations goals and the consumer satisfaction index.
- Facilitating new product developments in terms of research and development, ROI evaluation, financial projections, budgets & expenditures etc
- Guiding day to day activities of the marketing team
