MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES  - Conceptualize an effective marketing strategy encompassing all elements from lead generation, brand management, campaign execution - planning to closure, for all centers of the organization in an integrated manner entailing different competencies/offerings of the organization.  - Formulating national marketing policies and strategies based on market intelligence and research projections  - Controlling and deploying marketing budgets among the set of brands and their extensions to achieve profitability and market share targets for each brand - involve all forms of communication, including ATL, BTL and digital for the same  - Strategizing for the long term focus of the organization in the country, working closely with marketing insights, consumer research teams  - Map potential market segments in line with organizational competencies and conceptualize a go to market for the same in consultation with the centre/Zonal heads.  - Conceptualize an implement an integrated marketing framework encompassing all organizational competencies/USPs and thereby create an execution plan for the same through chosen media options including social media.  - Effectively implement the go-to-market strategy as per the integrated marketing along with Centre and Zonal leads thus maximizing the efforts from the sales efforts.  - Effectively execute the marketing strategy and lead the marking efforts through conferences, social media, SEO, web events and other on B to C field channels.  - Effectively track all ATL & BTL engagements and optimize efforts to maximize results for sales efforts.  Experience  - Experience in managing online & offline customer acquisition campaigns in a fast paced growth environment.  - Should be both, a category & a brand builder   - Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities to understand various business metrics, to drive marketing decisions.  Industry preference: (Consumer Durables, FMCG or any B2C sectors)
