Head - Marketing (International Cruise Brand)  Our Client is a leading Travel Representation Company, representing one of the largest Cruise Liners in the world in the entire Indian Market exclusively for the last 21 years.  Company had a Turnover of USD 25 million last year with an ad spend of about USD 800,000.  We have the following urgent requirement for them :  Position : Head - Marketing (With good exposure to Digital Marketing)  Location : Jasola, Delhi   (Candidates from other cities willing to relocate may also apply)  Persons reporting in to this role : 2 brand managers, a digital person, a technology team of 3; Plus 3 agencies for creative, PR and digital  Position Reports to : COO  Compensation : Attractive fixed salary 20L - 30 L plus very high performance Bonus paid annually during Diwali (Has been an average of 6 months basic), Higher Salary for exceptional candidates can be considered.  Experience & Qualification :  - MBA with 7 - 12 Years of relevant Marketing experience with good exposure to Digital Marketing as well (In a B2C company in sectors like FMCG, Consumer Durables, eCommerce, Travel, Hospitality, etc.)  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Excellent communication skills  - Creative; Collaborative; Excellent networking skills; Customer oriented; Enthusiastic; Hard-working; Quality and detail Oriented; Self-motivated; Strong research skills; Analytical ; Quantitative & qualitative skills to determine research outcomes; - Project management and multi task skills set  - Strategic and Innovative thinking  - Strong sense of market and media trends, with capacity to feed regular updates on Industry  Job Description :  - Strategy, brand positioning and channel management with the aim to increase awareness, sales and overall brand value.  - Campaign conceptualization and planning  - PR strategy and content development and relationship management with PR agencies with parallel management of direct media relations  - Determine advertising mediums and work with creative agencies to develop collaterals and communication  - Implement campaigns and execute media buying across mediums including digital, TV, print and more.  - Digital & Social Media Management - Strategy and management across various digital and social media channels.
