Our Client is a reputed International NGO based at Mumbai  Role :  - Being responsible for Organization communication strategies for key stakeholders and to project manage key marketing partnership projects from the communication perspective.   - Managing agency and media relationships keeping in mind the ethos and values of Organization   - Servicing thought leadership properties to generate brand value for the organization  Reporting to: Chief of Giving  Staff Reporting: 5 (Sr. Managers - 2, Managers - 2, Management Trainee - 1)  Location: Mumbai  Responsibilities :  - Being responsible for Organization communication strategies for key stakeholders and to project manage key marketing partnership projects from the communication perspective.   Corporate Communication :   - Implement corporate communication strategies in line with the organization's goals and supporting all departments and organizational functions   - Ensure brand guidelines are followed and protect the brand through monitoring of partner usage through tracking all external postings about Organization  - Take full responsibility for the website and create a strategy for his proactive use for the organization, both internally and externally  Marketing Communication (Campaigns) :   - Creation and implementation of marketing partnerships   - Support innovative marketing strategies   Development Communication :   - Support the Operations and Programme Development teams by developing BCC materials for training and expansion.   - Provide a communication strategy for the Maidan Summit and implement it.   Media Advocacy :   - Manage and oversee Organization PR strategy   - Build relationships with key journalists and publications to ensure that Organization is widely covered in relevant journals and projected as though leaders in the field of child's right and sport for development.   - Ensure all relationships with press are appropriately managed   Managing agency and media relationships keeping in mind the ethos and values of Organization   - Manage and front end relationships with PR agency, digital agency and web maintenance agency  Servicing thought leadership properties to generate brand value for the organization  - PR plan and implementation for the Organization Youth Barometer   Profile & Qualifications  - 10 to 17 yrs experience  - At least 4-7 yrs experience in communication agency at Associate Account Director or Account Director Level.   - Managed a team of 3-5 employees  - Strategically sound   - Strong operational skills with attention to detail  - Professional maturity: good team player with a goal-oriented approach  In case of interest, please apply for the role.
