Age & Experience :
- 38 Yrs & Below with experience in ATL / BTL, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Website, SEO/SEM etc
- Qualification MBA (Marketing) with 10 -14 yrs of work experience
Industry Background :
- Should have worked with reputed companies in Logistics/ FMCG / Telecom/ Consumer Durables
Role Scope :
- The role holder will primarily derive and execute Marketing and communication strategy for company
Key Deliverable :
- Strategic planning including market and competitive analysis, customer segmentation.
- Derive plans for market penetration and product positioning
- Plan and manage the group marketing budget
- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with Head of Sales for lead tracking and management, with the objective of maximizing sales and realization
- Manage marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars, collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design & content.
- Work closely with chief of Sales to develop programs to manage and develop channel partners, with an objective to maximize sales and realization
- Oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.
- Interface with various stakeholders for product development, product pricing and product life cycle management.
- Work with the other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances, communicate with BoD members.
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
- Act as spokesperson for the company with press and analysts and at industry events.
- Define appropriate marketing organization for the company, and strengthen the marketing function

- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.

- Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and sales applications.
- Substantial experience working with business and industry media
- Effective public speaking and social skills and presence
