Essential Qualification : MBA

Desired Qualification : Preferably Engineer Graduate

Experience : 10 - 20 Years (Experience across front line sales & marketing roles)

Industry Preference : Consumer Durables, Small Appliances

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- To develop and implement marketing strategy for the Business Unit through product & category portfolio strategies, brand & communication strategy and product development.

- To ensure the sales targets are met for various product categories and develop business through networking and creation & implementation of strategies.

- To manage top-line sales and bottom-line profit.

- To supervise and lead a team of Product Managers handling various products & categories in kitchen & domestic appliances.

- To drive business through channels (CSD, Modern Retail, eCommerce, Institution Sales) through effective product/ pricing & promotion strategies
