The position is of Head of Marketing for a leading consumer facing company. It is a promoter driven company who has a proven track record of turn around. It is a well funded company. It is a listed company.

They are looking for a strong individual who has entrepreneurial mindset, extremely energetic, very positive attitude, passion and drive to grow the business to the next level.

The organization has clear vision to grow big and has immense business potential.

- The need someone who has strong product marketing experience, especially new product development and marketing or Category marketing. This person would be responsible for overall marketing activities of the brand.

- Develop & introduce new products

- Redesign & revamp existing products

- Someone who has been instrumental in setting up and revamping the marketing team. Believes in rolling up sleeves and getting in the market to understand and have a strategic approach to growing business and teams.

- They initially want to build the marketing base through strong BTL activities and gradually as per business requirements plan the ATL spends.

They are open to looking at candidates from strong FMCG / Consumer facing companies.
