We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position:  Position : Head - Marketing & Communication  Location : Chandigarh  Role Objectives:  The candidate will be responsible for managing all Marketing activities for Pay Telephony, Rural Telephony in the circle, Advertising, PR, Research, Event and Media agencies, Designers, Product/Pop and VAS vendors, manpower agencies and alliance partners. ensuring standardized specs of all visibility and merchandising materials. responsible for agency management  Maintaining proper controls on production to identify and manage visibility mediums (BTL) for Calling cards/ alternate revenue streams  Role Activities :  1. Marketing Communication : Position will be responsible for entire Marketing and Communications (Both internal as well as external) for the organization and is One of the Major Custodian of Brands  2. Budget : Will be responsible for all budgets in this function  3. Outdoor Advertizing activity : Planning of all forms of outdoor advertising media & retail Merchandizing (including collaterals, and glow signs)  4. Media innovation : Deploying media innovations. Evaluating outdoor deployment vs competition. Ensuring Logistics of Printing. Custodian of Brand equity.  5. Events : Ensuring Deliverables of all Events.  6.
