- The incumbent will be responsible for The entire Category/ Division's performance, strategy & execution of product roadmaps for the respective brands.
- Responsibility for identification & development of New categories as well as leveraging Indian local insights across existing global categories to drive local relevance
- Develop Product roadmap /propositions based on consumer insights and associated marketing strategies for the respective sub-categories and brands
- Owns development of the long term vision & strategy creation & execution.responsible for market share and EBITA
- People Development
- Role reports to global head for the category, will have a team of Marketing managers, senior managers, consumer insights.
