Head - Marketing - Broadband

Job Role:

- Ideation of the new product line and creating them as per the customer need

- Analyzing Competitors in terms of their content offering, pricing of the product, and schemes to enhance revenue

- Assessing & analyzing the factors responsible for customer switching to another platform, and working out to reclaim them

- Resolving Field / Operations query, problems and any issue affecting customer experience by taking corrective & preventive measures

- Enhancing products by getting on board new offering in the markets by negotiating with stakeholders

- Identifying new business requirements and system enhancements and then guiding business support team to build the logics and systems to successfully rollout the developments

- Networking with the stakeholders, to understand the industry and create the path for the future endeavors

- Finalizing all pricing of the end user and the trade partners

- Monitoring all subscription revenue stream and creating new stream to enhance revenue
