Key accountabilities and decision Ownership
Business Strategy: Build the business strategy for the business so as to deliver the YOY growth targets for the Business
Planning & Budgeting: Plan and achieve the financial targets for the business. Forecast users, usage, revenues and costs. Carry out variance analysis and take corrective steps
Life Cycle Management: Manage the product life cycle of customers and ensure the launch of mass market and segmented offers basis insights and analytics, to drive adoption and deliver incremental revenues
Wholesale Business: Interface with the International community to drive wholesale deals for delivering incremental revenue and margins
Operations: Review operations on a regular basis and resolve issues across various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. Ensure operating and mandatory guidelines are rigorously implemented
