Job Summary

The Head Marketing has overall responsibility in developing and maintaining organizational and brand communication with all stakeholders within and outside the company in order to establish the required mindshare, pull and market share targets using all available tools to meet this end. Also, identify and reach new segments i.e. digital and or feet on street. The job also involves dove tailing marketing with product management and sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing as a strategic position to cover aspects like brand, communication, public relations to create the pull and connect with company.

- To liaise or oversee the product management and product development function

- Lead the client segmentation and brand positioning initiatives.

- As a creative support to Sales & other functions for ongoing presentations as well as product communication.

- Good understanding of the online direct business i.e. how to strategize and execute it.

- Implement web, mobility and other digital initiatives as part of a holistic Marketing plan

- Team Management – develop, coach and manage the direct reports.

Required Candidate Skills

- MBA from premier Institute

- 10 - 15 year total years of work exp, out of which Atleast 5 - 7 yrs in Marketing Function role.

- Strong knowledge of marketing and branding, ideally with experience in the Banking & Financial Service Industry

- Bring product management practices to the industry

- Have experience of Direct Marketing, feet on street vs digital and a good understanding of digital possibilities

- Have experience of media planning.
