About our Client :

- Our client is global pharmaceutical giant with presence across multiple countries. For their India business, headquartered in Mumbai, they are looking to hire their Head of Market Research and Marketing Excellence.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Senior Director, your primary responsibilities would be :

- To undertake primary/ secondary brand level, therapy level research and analysis to enable the marketing team to get better customer insight and make more informed decisions for the brand

- To undertake strategic analysis of both primary and secondary data with an aim to give direction to the organization senior management to take critical operational and strategic business decisions

- To support strategic planning areas and provide inputs to business around therapy areas, product portfolio, pricing decisions, etc for new business areas

- To create and generate standard reports on an ongoing basis to provide an overview of the state of the business to management as well as dashboards for specific projects

- To undertake initiatives to drive role of customer insight and competitor knowledge in marketing decisions and plans

- To support areas of marketing excellence like brand planning process and training

The Successful Candidate :

- Relevant experience of about 12 years in Market Research or Marketing in a pharmaceutical, FMCG and MR agency at leadership roles.

- Additional experience of 4-5 years in sales and marketing preferred.
